Fellow Runners,

Back on August 7th, Mike and Cathrine Lemaire ran the Bridge of the Gods half marathon along the Oregon side of the Columbia River.

On August 12th in Sacramento, Ernie Shimizu ran the third and final Friday Night 5K of the series.

Jen Schmidt was first woman and second overall at the Bear Creek half marathon in Briones Regional Park down by Lafayette.

At the Santa Cruz cross country meet on Saturday, Joannie Siegler represented the women, and Bob Randel, David Gerner, and Mark Drake led the GVH men.

Jamie Henson ran the San Francisco Giants 5K on Sunday.
