4/20/2024 UC Davis Picnic Day Saturday Morning Group Run

GVH club membership is open to anyone age 18+ who has a love for running, or wants to develop a love for running.

Club Membership Dues (2024)

Membership dues for GVH cost is normally $35 per calendar year (Jan-Dec), but we have kept it at the pandemic price of $25 for 2024. This money pays for Road Runners Clubs of America (RRCA) insurance during organized group workouts and nominal club operating expenses.  We periodically make group orders of sweats and other running gear for the club.

Membership Benefits

• Keep up with club news and any group runs outside of regular workouts through:

  • Weekly email updates and club newsletters through the Google Group email list

  • The GVH Slack channel

• Receive discounts on Davis races and other local races

• Invitation to club socials such as happy hours, summer BBQs, Christmas Light Runs, Holiday Party, and more

• Ability to shape the current and future direction of the club through quarterly member meetings and voting for new board members annually

• Eligibility to apply for the Western States 100 Miler Running Club Aid Station Volunteer Automatic Entry

• Meet and train with other people who are as passionate about running as you are!

We strongly encourage you to come and run with us (more than once) before signing up for membership. 

Want to join the GVH? 

Joining or renewing your membership is a 2-step process:

1.     Please fill out your 2024 GVH membership form (Google Form link), and click “Submit”.

2.     Pay your dues with the online payment link. Any amount above $25 will be considered a donation. Donations will be put in the general fund or the endowment fund as directed by the GVH board. GVH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deducible. Our Tax ID# is 14-1841731.
