Fellow Runners,

Back on Sunday, August 15, Hugh McWilliams won the 11.5-mile trail race at Cool Moon.

Cross country season started on Saturday down in Santa Cruz.  David Gerner was our lone GVH representative, but Mark Murray was there too running for the SRA Elite team.

Up in Alaska, Mike Lemaire threw down a very respectable ultra time and won his age group at the Anchorage 49K.
