Fellow Runners,

Back on the Fourth of July, Tara Rogers-Soeder and Ernie Shimizu ran the 10K, with Tara taking fourth place in the women's race.  Regina Jones placed in her age group at the 5K.

Starting from Rodeo Beach on Saturday, Stephen McSorley ran his first 50K and won his age group in the Golden Gate trail run.  Kaleb Haile and Paul Sterk ran the 30K, with Kaleb placing in his age group.

On Sunday, Jean-Marc Leininger placed in his age group at the second Tri-For-Real olympic triathlon in Rancho Seco.
