Fellow Runners,

On Saturday, Jim Flanigan ran a 10-mile race outside of Pittsburgh and placed in his age group.

The Sacramento Running Association held its Spring Forward race on Sunday.  Mark Murray won his age group in the 10K.  David Gerner and Jamie Henson also represented GVH in the 10K, with David taking second in his own age group.
