Fellow Runners,

Christina Dicker ran the Jed Smith marathon along the American River on Saturday.  GVH alum Martin Sengo had a strong 50-mile race, finishing in under 8 hours.

Over in El Macero, a large contingent of club members tackled the unofficial 5K time trial organized by Craighton Chin and hosted by Steve and Teresa Lynch.
