Bruce Fisher gave the following report:

Since my wife, Renvelyn, and I run the Monterey Bay Half every year, we ran the course on Monday. It's such a beautiful course with the ocean and sea life, it's hard to concentrate on running.

Craighton Chin organized a one-mile time trial on Saturday.  He reports that:

It was a cold, brisk, lung-searing morning on the UCD track.  Mason Tope ran 4:50 without a pacer.  In a second heat, Mason paced David Gerner at the same 4:50 pace on the first lap. David managed to hold on to finish in 5:41.
