Fellow Runners,

On Saturday, Cameron Tully-Smith ran a 30K up and over Mount Diablo.

Ernie Shimizu won his age group at the Run for Safe Haven 5K.

Michael Guss took his first crack at the Byxbee Park 5K, a race held every weekend in Palo Alto.

Ironman California was held in Sacramento on Sunday.  Reed Thayer completed the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile ride, and marathon in under 12 hours.

Also on Sunday, Bingbiao "Eric" Fang and Julia Croteau ran the Folsom Blues Breakout half marathon, with an age-group prize for Eric.
