Fellow Runners,

Julia Croteau ran both the Rio del Lago 50K and the Parkway half this weekend.

Out in Castro Valley, Cameron Tully-Smith nailed a sub-five-hour 50K at Lake Chabot.

At Run the Parkway, Mark Murray won his age group in the half marathon.

Jen Schmidt was first-place woman at the 20-miler, and Ryan Gallagher and Aryn Yancher each earned age group prizes.

Bingbiao "Eric" Fang ran a strong New York marathon.

Jim Flanigan ran the Pittsburgh 10 Miler.
