Weekend Race Results (2/26-3/4)

Post date: Mar 6, 2018 5:15:43 PM

Fellow Runners,

First, a missed result from last week: Heather Komure-Chan ran the Tokyo Marathon on February 25. Now she has completed the Big Six: Boston, NY, Chicago, Berlin, London and Tokyo.

Single-handedly representing GVH at the PAUSATF 10-Mile Road Championship on Saturday, March 3, Mark Murray ran 10 miles in just over an hour, taking second in his age group.

Up in Cool, Michael Pate led GVH at the Way Too Cool 50K, followed by Clayton Kleppinger, Louise Debefve, Martin Sengo, Emmett Rahl, and Bob Gilbert. Louise pulled off a significant PR with her first sub-six-hour 50K.

Down in SoCal on Sunday, Jim Flanigan ran the Screenland 5K.

At the Napa Valley Marathon, Xiaowei Yang led GVH with a 3:21 finish. Gustavo Hernandez, Andrew Liu, and Peter Friederich followed.
