Weekend Race Results (11/6-11/12)

Fellow Runners,

James Garvin raced the hilly Mount Tam 50K on Saturday, November 11.

On Sunday the 12th we had the popular Clarksburg Country Run. Peter Friederich took second in his age group at the 5K. Andrew Liu won his age group at the 10K with 42:14.

Steve Andrews led GVH in the half marathon with a blazing fast 1:17. He was followed by Galen Farris, Adam Warner, Jose Zaragoza, and Mark Murray, who finished third in his age group.

Blair Howard finished 7th in the 20-miler, followed by Kevin Kamai and Angie Hart. Angie took third in her age group.

At the Monterey Bay Half, a good-sized GVH contingent was led by Michael Pate, Brian Charn, and Heather Komure-Chan. Bruce Fisher took third in his age group.

Finally, down in Ventura, Cathrine and Mike Lemaire ran the Surfers Point half and marathon, respectively. Cathrine won her age group, and Mike took second in his own.
