Results 9/30 - 10/6/2019

Fellow Runners,

Some missed results from September: Zach Mills did a mountain bike race in North Carolina, and Bingbiao "Eric" Fang and Norm Coppinger ran the Berlin Marathon.

On Saturday in the Bay Area, Jeff Steele did the Skyline-to-Sea 50K, and Roman Huff completed the Dick Collins 50-miler.

On Sunday, Stephen McSorley ran a 3:08 marathon at Portland.

Several GVH members ran at Urban Cow in Sacramento. Chris and Cristina Dalton ran the 5K together. At the half marathon, Galen Farris ran 1:13 for a PR. Brendan Ward scored his own PR with 1:16. Mark Murray took third in his age group, and Kat Ward and Angela Borchers earned PR's as well. Jamie Henson ran the half marathon relay with her friend for a sub-1:40 finish.
