Fellow Runners,

Two weeks ago, Diana Burkart-Waco scored a big PR at the Santa Rosa half-iron-man triathlon by finishing in just under six hours.

On Sunday, Kelly Barber ran the Oaktown Half Marathon (and 5K) with his daughter. Down in San Anselmo, Jim Flanigan ran the Sorich Park trail race.
