Fellow Runners,

Jane Sykes and Zach Mills ran the popular Peachtree 10K out in Atlanta on the fourth of July.

On Saturday, Constance Coman won her age group in the 25K at She Rocks the Trails up in Auburn.

Out on the Pinole peninsula, Chris Dalton and Christina Dicker tackled the Dirty Dozen timed race. Chris racked up 41.3 miles in six hours, and Christina was just under 50 miles at the 12 hour event.
