Fellow Runners,

Jean-Marc Leininger completed an Olympic-distance triathlon back on June 6th and took second place in his age group.

At the first Friday Night 5K in Sacramento, Nick Siino took fourth place overall with a sub-16-minute finish. Mark Murray dominated his age group, and Andrew Liu placed in his own age group.

Out in humid St. Louis, Jim Flanigan won his age group at a cross-country-style 5K on Sunday.
