Fellow Runners,

First, a missed result from Memorial Day: Zach Mills ran the Bolder Boulder 10K and had a great time.

On Saturday at the Lynch Canyon Trail Race, Shane Heskett and Cristina Dalton ran the 10K, with Shane taking second place. Chris Dalton won the half marathon outright, with Jonathan London winning his age group, Ed Ballerini placing in his age group, and Sandy Lamanna taking second in the women's race.

Also that day, Ben Sacks did the Lake Berryessa open water one-mile swim.

Sunday's racing began in South Dakota, where Steve Lynch ran the Deadwood Trail Marathon.

In Sacramento, Jamie Henson and Maria Ortiz ran the Women's Fitness Festival 5K, where Jamie placed in her age group.

At least three GVHers braved the Davis Laser Run: Nick Siino, Jim Farrar, and Craighton Chin.
