Results 5/16 - 5/22/2022

Fellow Runners,

Pam Runquist sent the following race report:

I wanted to share a race result for my husband, BJ Runquist. It was not running but on the ElliptiGO so hopefully you can include. He did the Davis Double Century this past weekend (probably the first person ever to do it on a ElliptiGO) and completed the race in 16:41. Actually, he did 213 miles because he did a few miles before the race and a few miles after (while he was waiting for me to get pizza). BJ's not able to run, due to injuries, but definitely making up for it on the ElliptiGO. Everyone else was on a traditional bike so he got a lot of comments along the way. He left at 3 am to start the ride so he could make sure to finish before the cut off and was back before quite a few of the bikers. Definitely an accomplishment!

Also on Sunday, Chris Rodriguez ran the Stow Lake Stampede 5K in San Francisco.
