Fellow Runners,

Two missed marathon stunts: Ed Ballerini ran the Boston Marathon on April 15 and Big Sur on April 28, making "Boston to Big Sur". And Eric Fang ran three marathons in three countries in three weeks: the Chunniushou marathon in Nanjing, China on April 21, Big Sur on April 28, and the Vancouver Marathon on May 5th.

On Saturday, May 4th, Blair Howard ran the Miwok 100K in under 13 hours.

On Sunday, Josh Peppers and Ernie Shimizu ran the Sun Run 5-miler in Fair Oaks, where Josh won his age group.

Angie Hart took second in her age group at the inaugural Bay Bridge half marathon, followed by Michael Fan.

Mark Baker ran the Avenue of the Giants half marathon.

Jane Sykes was fourth woman at the Golden Gate Park 10K.

And former GVH coach, Orlando Velazquez, won the RRCA 10K State Championship masters race in Tucson, Arizona, and was also the second place runner overall.
