Fellow Runners,

Back on Thursday, Joachim Schnier won his age group at the Sac State 5K.

On Saturday, David Gerner placed in his age group at the Folsom Lake trail half.

In Davis, Nancy Rashid ran the Aggieathlon sprint triathlon in 1:28.

At the Lagoon Valley 10K tower challenge, Cristina Dalton took fourth overall in the women's race. Jim Flanigan, Bruce Fisher, and Laurin Beckhusen swept the podium for their age group.

Ed Ballerini ran the Colorado marathon in Fort Collins on Sunday.

At least four GVHers drove up to redwood country to run Avenue of the Giants. Ben Sacks and Bingbiao Eric Fang did the half, and Angie Hart and Heather Jones ran the full marathon. Angie won an age group prize.
