Fellow Runners,

Back on Saturday, April 25, Tara Rogers-Soeder was scheduled to run the American River Parkway half marathon. Since it was canceled, she ran it on her own.

Change of Pace has invited runners to "Shelter in Pace" by running specific distances. Entry fees are donated to charity. In fulfillment of the TP3 three-mile distance, Jonathan London ran a 5K in 22:26.
