Fellow Runners,

Back on Saturday, April 17, Jim Flanigan ran the Forest Ranch Four trail half up in the hills above Chico.

Last Saturday the 24th, GVH alumnus Kevin Kamai took fifth place at the Canyons 25K up in Foresthill. Rick Santos ran the 25K as well, and Kelly Barber finished the 100K.

Jen Schmidt won the women's trail half marathon on the shore of Folsom Lake.

At Land Park on Sunday, Zach Bonner and David Gerner represented the club in the mile. Zach won his age group in 4:37. Nick Siino led the club in the 5K, and Mark Murry placed in his age group. Joachim Schnier and Ernie Shimizu also represented the club in the 5K.
