On 31 Dec I completed 21,212 miles of riding on my ElliptiGO stand up bike ... whew!

My wife Pam Runquist reached her goal of running 2,021 miles!

On Saturday, Jim Flanigan ran the 8K event at the USATF Cross Country Championships in San Diego.
