Fellow Runners,


The weekend started off with Blair Howard running the Tunnel Hill 100-miler in southern Illinois on Saturday.


Down in the San Bernardino National Forest, Michael Brown ran the Big Bear half marathon. Allison Alcalay and the Lemaires ran the full marathon, with Allison scoring an impressive Boston Qualifier.


The popular Clarksburg Country run was held on Sunday. Joseph Huang took fourth in the 5K, Lisa Wells won the 5K for the women, and Shawn Mayr and Cristina Dalton placed in their age groups. Nuria Rubio and Steve Lynch placed in their respective age groups at the 10K. In the half marathon, Jose Zaragoza led GVH, Chris Rodriguez took second in his age group, and Mark Murray won his age group. Kelly Barber and Heather Jones ran the 30K.
