Fellow Runners,
The morning was crisp and bright for this year's Turkey Trot. Nicole Kwan and Bochy were the overall winners of the 2-mile dog jog. Erika Hashimoto and Emi placed in Erika's age group.
Jenn Schmidt won the women's race in both the 5K and the 10K, taking fourth place overall in the combined "15K". Beth Zinkand Michel and Pam Runquist took second in the women's 5K and 10K, respectively.
Erik Blosser, Bingbiao Fang, Sharon Hanks, and Erica Ballinger each won age group awards in the 5K. In the 10K, it was Joseph Huang, Reed Thayer, Andrew Liu, Matthew Kaminski-Lucas, and Daniel Stein.
Bingbiao Fang, Daniel Stein, and Juan Jose Jarillo also completed both races to finish the combined "15K".
The PAUSATF Cross Country Championships were held in Golden Gate Park on Sunday morning. Sylvia Jebiwott and Joannie Siegler represented the GVH women. David Gerner, Mark Drake, Craighton Chin, Jonathan London, Norman Coppinger, and Mike Johnson ran for the masters men.
