Fellow Runners,

Mark Murray ran his virtual Urban Cow half marathon in 1:21:18 on the American River Parkway.

Three GVH members participated in the virtual Dixon Dash 5K. Jennifer Schmidt took 1st place overall with a time of 21 minutes. Ernie Shimizu and Shu Yu also finished. All three were lucky winners of raffle prizes.
