Results 10/19 - 10/25/2020

Fellow Runners,

On October 24, the 11th annual ElliptiGO World Championships took athletes up Palomar Mountain in North San Diego County. The 11.69 mile route features a 4,209 feet climb with an average grade of 7%. Club members John Burmester and Bob Rowden qualified for and finished the event. Bob took 6th place overall, six minutes behind the winning woman. That woman was Molly Seidel, who recently qualified for the 2020 Olympic marathon team in Atlanta.
