Fellow Runners,

A missed result from last week: Jim Flanigan raced the USATF 5K cross country national championships in San Diego back on Saturday, October 12.

Starting on Friday the 18th at the Jim Beam distillery in Lexington, Kentucky, club members Zach Mills and Jane Sykes joined a 200-mile relay team to finish in under 30 hours.

On Saturday in Martinez, Joannie Siegler and Lilly Hayden represented the GVH women at the Aggies cross country open. David Gerner, Steve Barton, and Jim Farrar led the men's team.

In Davis, Bud Haas won his age group at the Rocktobrewfest 5K.

Up in the Oakland Hills, Ryan Polischuk took fourth place overall in the trail half marathon. Aryn Yancher was third woman in the 35K, and Constance Coman won her age group.

In Vacaville, John Lynch took second in his age group at the Goonies 10K.

On Sunday, Cathrine and Mike Lemaire ran the Columbia Gorge marathon up in Hood River, Oregon.
