All of our training schedules are writtten by our Coach, Rich McCann. The workouts are written for specific event goals in mind. Local cross country and road races are noted on the schedule for the appropriate week.
A lot of our members run one or two marathons per year, including
the California International Marathon in December, and the
Boston Marathon in April. Many of our members are triathletes,
and train to peak for the Wildflower Triathlon Festival in
May, and Ironman Canada in August.
