Training
GVH officially meets three times a week for workouts. All runs start and finish from Fleet Feet Sports, 615 2nd Street, Davis, CA.
Tuesday nights - 5:45 p.m.
Intensive workouts
2-4 miles of intervals, plus 2-4 miles of warm-ups and cool-downs.
This is a *fast* workout. Anyone is welcome, but if you run slower than a 9:00 pace, you may be dropped on the warm up so you may need to start a little earlier or know where the group is heading so you don't get lost.
Thursday nights - 6:00pm
Less intense workouts, easy running and/or recovery running
3-5 miles
Beginners are welcome! No runner is ever left behind on these workouts! Come on out!
Saturday mornings - 8:00am
Steady runs of 5-10 miles.
