A long-time GVH member but now transplant to SoCal, Emmett Rahl completed his sixth Avalon 50-miler on Saturday, January 20.  It was his 92nd ultra and his 24th 50-miler.  He writes that he will be on the lookout for fellow GVHers at Way Too Cool in March.
