posted Oct 10, 2018, 9:27 AM by Scott Martin
Fellow Runners,

We have some missed results from the Lemaires' New England tour: on Saturday, September 29, Mike and Cathrine ran the New Hampshire Marathon (Mike the full, Cathrine the half).  The following day they repeated their feat at the Maine Marathon.

Andrea Brunsman, Heather Jones, and Allison Alcalay ran, jogged, and walked "Rim to Rim" across the Grand Canyon on Wednesday, October 3.  The trio covered 30 miles and 4800 vertical feet of climbing in nine and a half hours.

On Saturday, October 6, Aryn Yancher took sixth place in the women's race at the Skyline to the Sea 50K.

Sunday morning saw the Urban Cow in Sacramento.  John Lynch and Peter Friederich each took second in his respective age group at the 5K.

Steve Andrews led GVH in the half marathon.  Kevin Kamai earned a half marathon PR with 1:22.  Mark Murray took second in his age group a minute later.  Jon London and Susan Gentry each scored a PR.  And Howard Ferris managed to win his age group.

Tommy Vargas and Ben Godfrey won the half marathon relay, with Nick Siino and Jose Zaragoza taking second place a few minutes later.  Chris and Cristina Dalton earned second place in the co-ed relay division.

Also on Sunday, Bingbiao Eric Fang and Christina Dicker ran the Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon in San Jose.
